Beverly Corliss

Beverly has been with the Dieringer Education Foundation since its inception.  She has enjoyed getting to know her adopted community and sending her children through the Dieringer schools, even though their mascot isn’t the Shamrock anymore.  Husband Robert will never get over that one.

After growing up all over, Beverly graduated from the University of Washington and worked in marketing until settling here.  She has served on many local boards which have been mainly educational in nature, even a stint as the LTES PTA Membership Chair.  She feels very fortunate to have spent five years as a parent volunteer in Mrs. Keaton’s class and that one of her kids got to have Mr. Keaton as their Principal his last year.

Beverly’s work with the Dieringer Education Foundation has been instrumental in the area of fundraising, such as the last DEF event at the Swiss Hall, which helped the organization to generate funds that have provided support to the art and music programs of the district.   Beverly also enjoys serving on the community scholarship review team where her conscientious approach and thoughtful consideration of each applicant is appreciated and respected by all members of the team.
